Initial Consultation [TOP]
All designs include a free initial consultation. During this time I will discuss via the telephone, or instant messenger, or email, the goals in content and design for their site. A discussion about the website the client envisions as well as possible other options the client has not thought of is done at this time. Target market, and website goals are also discussed. 

Proposal and Cost Estimate[TOP]
During the initial consultation, a website quota sheet is completed to streamline the design fee process. A design proposal is then made that includes the quote for the cost, a site outline, and fee schedule. A 25% payment is to e made at the time of the signing of the initial proposal, and for small sites remainder is expected upon completion. 

Contract[TOP]
If the proposal is acceptable, a signed contract along with a 25% deposit is required for the website design process to continue.

Domain Name and Hosting[TOP]
At this time we will ask our clients if they have registered a Domain Name, if not, we will discuss possible names. I will check the availability of the Domain Name, consulting with the client to determine the Domain Name that they want. A discussion about website hosting and the options is also made at this time.

Website Content[TOP]
Clients are required to provide us with text, brochures, and pictures to be used on their site. We will scan up to 10 images, so that they can be used on the client’s website. Custom graphics are also created.

Design, Layout and Production[TOP]
An initial layout and design is created using the information provided during the initial consultation and any material that has been given to us. This is where we find our clients need the greatest assistance. We take all the information provided and make a website that is both functional and esthetically pleasing. The website will be uploaded to a private directory on the internet during this phase for client evaluation. Client suggestions of changes in design, layout, and content are accepted during this time.

Completion[TOP]
Once we have completed the site. The client will again be directed to the private directory where it is located for a final approval. The client is then given the opportunity to go through the site, and list any errors or omissions for correction.

Website launch[TOP]
Once the final approval of the site is given, instructions on Domain name Name server changes will be given as needed to make the site “live”. Once the site Domain has propagated, the site will be submitted to 36 search engines including Google and Yahoo.

Ongoing Maintenance[TOP]
Our customers appreciate that we host the sites that we create. One hour of changes is included with the monthly hosting fee. We have found that our clients find this very convenient. More info
